Registration

On-line conference registration and accommodation bookings are being handled by UC Davis Conference & Event Services. To register, visit the UC Davis registration page.

Early registration is open until July 1. The registration fee increases by $50 after July 1.

After July 25 on-line registration will be closed, but you will still be able to register on-site during the conference days.

If students still wish to register for complementary accommodations, they need to fax their registration application with registration fee to Katrina at kdevans@ucdavis.edu and specify they would like the student dormitory accommodations.

All other conference registrants who wish to book accommodations after they have initially registered for the conference may still do so, but must fax their application to kdevas@ucdavis.edu.
