EnergyPlus GUI Platform for Applications Developers and the UCB UFAD Toolkit

A special workshop presents a new, comprehensive, free graphical user interface for DOE's building energy simulation program EnergyPlus. Supported by Lawrence Berkeley Lab, this is a platform looking for applications! Part of the workshop will cover platform design and functions and how developers can work with it. In the other part, a new toolkit, including a customized user interface, for modeling underfloor air distribution systems (UFAD) will be demonstrated. This toolkit was developed by the Center for the Built Environment (CBE) at UC-Berkeley.
