Technical Sessions

Technical papers are due on February 26th 2010. If your abstract has been accepted to the conference, please email the completed submission to SimBuild2010@gmail.com in .pdf format by that date.

PLEASE NOTE: An error has been discovered in the paper guide referencing a “PaperID” number. A revised paper guide is now included here. Paper files are to be submitted using file names with the following convention: p+(XXX)+vX where: XXX is the primary author last name and X is the version number. We will be changing file names in house to protect the name of the author in the review process.

Paper submission instructions:

Papers are to be submitted to the Scientific Committee for review by February 26th, 2010 by email to SimBuild2010@gmail.com

Authors names and Institutions should be included in the email, but not in the paper to be reviewed.

Please use the paper guide (.doc format / LaTeX format zipped file) as a template for all paper submissions.

Papers are to be submitted in .pdf format only.

In order for a paper to appear in the conference proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference by June 15, 2010.

The non-exclusive copyright form included in the paper guide must be signed.

All papers that complete the review process and meet the review requirements will be published on-line at the conference web site and the IBPSA World web site. Exceptional papers may be published in the IBPSA-Journal. Additional publication venues may be sought by the author if no conflicts or copyright issues exist with these publications.
