Devanshi is an Associate of the New York office and co-leader of Atelier Ten’s Energy Analysis practice. With expertise in both sustainable and architectural design, Devanshi further enhances all projects with her focus and deep interest in building energy performance. Devanshi has successfully managed some of Atelier Ten’s most ambitious projects varying from academic facilities, commercial towers and cultural buildings.

Dylan Lamar

Dylan is owner and Architect-Developer at Cultivate, Inc. where he brings to life sustainable and affordable middle housing in Eugene-Springfield, Oregon. He is also among the leading Passive House design consultants in the country, and has supported the design of numerous Passive House multifamily and commercial developments nationally since 2007.

Zhongdi Chen, P.E., BEMP

As an accomplished energy analyst, Zhongdi performs energy modeling for net zero energy designs, energy code compliance, third party certifications, and conducts related research, and daylight modeling. He has broken ground at Wight & Company by assisting teams and clients utilize energy modeling results to interpret and calibrate actual data collected during building performance monitoring. Using his combined skillsets, Zhongdi helped design five Net Zero Energy projects and has played an integral role in leading Illinois’ first and third Net Zero Energy Projects through the verification process.
